Job Description R&D Lead:

  • Responsible to lead rapid development team to the completion of design and development under aggressive timelines.
  • To do Research and Development on new technologies according to plans & goals set by top Management.
  • Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for the Product & Technology Management group.
  • Develop and monitor department budgets and forecasts.
  • Establish key performance indicators.
  • Mentor staff members in order to assist them in cultivating their skills.
  • Create technical design for large and complicated projects.
  • Create implementation plan and documentation to be followed by development staff.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • To design, develop and deliver applications using Java and Android
  • Assist with the review, analysis and resolution of the Applications and the issues related to it.

  • Provide technical support for issues including hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Implement enhancements and customizations.
  • Interface and coordinate with other teams whenever required

Job Specification-Senior Android Developer:

  • BS in Computer Science
  • 3-4 year experience (Experience of Team Management is preferable)
  • Command on Java and Android

Job-Description QA/Tester-Internee (Fresh Graduates):

  • Candidates will be admitted for 3 months probation/ internee period.
